7. Public Content, Leaderboards, and Benchmark Artifacts
BitGN may include public competitions/benchmarks. For public competitions/benchmarks, we may publish certain artifacts such as:
- Leaderboard entries (e.g., team name and score)
- Run/session results and related technical artifacts (e.g., submissions, logs/traces), where the competition rules state that these are public
We do not publish your email address or real name as part of public artifacts unless you explicitly provide it for publication.
Important: Do not include personal data, credentials, secrets, or confidential information in benchmark submissions or other payloads. Public artifacts may be published without further redaction (except for technical truncation due to size limits).
8. Hub Directory and Local Events (Data Separation)
BitGN may list local, community-run hubs (on-site meetups). These hubs are organized by third parties.
- The BitGN hub directory may publish approved hub listings (e.g., city, venue info, time, and external links).
- Local hub organizers may run their own registration processes and will be responsible for their own participant data collection and privacy practices.
- BitGN does not share your BitGN account email address with hub organizers for recruiting or marketing purposes by default.
9. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data and do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may disclose personal data to service providers that support operation of the Services (e.g., hosting, email delivery, security), under confidentiality obligations and only as necessary to provide the Services.
