AI Labs may include AI Benchmarks (both private and public). By registering, joining a team, or using the Courses or AI Labs, you consent to the procedures described in this policy.

  • To provide access to the digital content of the Course
  • To manage and administer your access rights to the purchased materials

  • To provide and operate AI Labs functionality, including team participation and access management
  • To operate AI Benchmarks, including running evaluations, generating results, and providing logs/traces for debugging and reproducibility
  • Where a benchmark is public, to publish benchmark artifacts such as results, leaderboards, and run logs/traces as described below
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our services

The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (i.e., the provision of the Courses and AI Labs as per the Terms and Conditions agreed upon purchase of an individual course or a subscription, and/or participation in AI Labs).

Where you explicitly choose to participate in a public benchmark or provide optional publicity information, processing and disclosure of the relevant information is based on your consent and/or the performance of the contract for providing the AI Labs.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Benchmark run data (including logs/traces and results) may be retained as necessary for evaluation, reproducibility, and leaderboard integrity; if a benchmark is public, related artifacts may remain publicly accessible.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including hashing of your passwords and securing your data against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

The author does not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may disclose your personal data to third-party service providers, who perform services on our behalf under confidentiality agreements, ensuring they adhere to the privacy standards mentioned in this policy.

AI Labs may include private and public AI Benchmarks. For private benchmarks, access to benchmark data is limited to you and your team (and our service providers as described above). For public benchmarks, certain benchmark artifacts (such as run/session logs and traces, submissions, results, and leaderboard entries) may be made publicly accessible. We do not publish your email address or real name without your explicit permission. If you choose to provide additional information for publicity purposes (e.g., display name, links, or an agent description), that information may be published as part of the public benchmark artifacts.

Please do not include personal data or secrets in benchmark submissions or other benchmark payloads, as public benchmark artifacts may be shared without further redaction (except for technical truncation due to size limits).

No third-party website analytics services track or collect data about your visit or usage patterns on our site.

9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request confirmation and details about the personal data we process about you.
