These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of all online courses (hereafter referred to as “the Courses”) and the use of AI Labs and AI Benchmarks (together, “the Services”) provided by Rinat Abdullin (hereafter referred to as “the Author”), a sole proprietor in Austria, available at bitgn.com (hereafter, “the Website”). By registering, joining a team, accessing or using the Services, or purchasing access to any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
The contract between the Customer and the Author for paid Courses is concluded at the time of purchase when the Customer completes the payment process. For free Services (including public AI Benchmarks and AI Labs participation), the contract is concluded when you register for, access, or use the Services.
The Author may offer separate commercial terms to companies (e.g., sponsorships or other business arrangements). Such terms, if any, will be provided separately and do not apply to general public use of the Services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Courses. The Courses are offered as digital products available for viewing on the Website and are strictly for viewing on the Website and not for download. Upon purchase, customers will receive access via their registered email and/or account login for accessing the Courses. This license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable except as explicitly provided herein.
AI Labs and AI Benchmarks. AI Labs and AI Benchmarks are provided via the Website and/or related interfaces (including APIs where applicable). You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AI Labs and AI Benchmarks in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any benchmark- or lab-specific rules shown on the Website.
Access to the Services may require account creation and authentication (including via third-party identity providers such as Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities conducted under your account.
The pricing for the Courses varies and is displayed on the Website. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is a one-time fee unless otherwise specified. Access to the Courses is granted immediately after the payment is processed.
If you purchase a multi-seat or team access plan, you must provide the email addresses of the team members who need access. Access for these additional seats will be granted promptly after you provide the required details. The number of seats available for each pricing plan is specified at the Website.
AI Labs and AI Benchmarks may be offered free of charge to participants. The Author may also offer private benchmarks and practical exercises as part of paid Courses or paid memberships, as described on the Website.
In accordance with Austrian law regarding digital content and online services, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the contract’s conclusion without giving any reason. However, this right of withdrawal expires once the streaming of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Therefore, refunds are not supported once access to the Course has been initiated.
For Services provided free of charge (including AI Labs and public AI Benchmarks), no refund applies.
You agree not to provide your login credentials to others or to allow others to use your account. You agree not to use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website or Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or circumvent access restrictions, usage limits, or service safeguards.
Where AI Labs or AI Benchmarks include team features, you acknowledge that joining a team may make certain activity or participation information visible to other team members as part of the Service functionality.
If you participate in public AI Benchmarks, you acknowledge that certain benchmark artifacts (such as run/session information, submissions, results, and logs/traces generated as part of the benchmark) may be made publicly accessible as part of the benchmark experience (e.g., leaderboards and public run artifacts). Optional publicity information you explicitly provide for publication (e.g., display name, links, agent description) may be publicly shown if you choose to provide it. The Author does not publish your email address or real name without your explicit permission.
You are responsible for the information you submit or provide in connection with AI Labs and AI Benchmarks. Please do not include personal data or secrets in benchmark submissions or other benchmark payloads, especially where public benchmark artifacts may be published.
All intellectual property rights in the Courses, their content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Courses are owned by the Author. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property rights in the Website and the Services (including AI Labs, AI Benchmarks, and related materials) are owned by the Author or licensed to the Author, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You retain any rights you may have in your own materials you submit to the Services. However, by submitting content, data, or other materials to the Services (including benchmark submissions and related information), you grant the Author a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, evaluate, and display such materials as necessary to operate the Services. Where you participate in a public benchmark, this includes the right to publish benchmark artifacts (including your submissions, results, and logs/traces) as part of public benchmark outputs and leaderboards, subject to the Privacy Policy.
The Courses and Services are provided “as is” without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Website or the Services will be continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In particular, AI Labs and AI Benchmarks may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, and benchmark results, rankings, or artifacts may change as the Services evolve or as errors are corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Courses or Services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Author regarding your purchase and use of the Courses and your access to and use of the Services.
The Author may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the Website or Services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
